Special Introductory Price: US$ 1000 per person

Prerequisites: Basic Windows programming knowledge in any .NET language. All sample code will be available in both C# and VB. Basic understanding of Web Services to the level discussed in the chapter on Web Services from your instructor's book Introducing Microsoft .NET.  A complimentary copy of that chapter (zipped PDF, 2 MB) is available here

Extra! Includes dinner with instructor on one of the nights, probably Tuesday, at the Harvard University Faculty Club. It's an excellent place except for the low-life scum they admit as members.  (Note: as you can see from their web site, the club has a number of small but pleasant rooms for overnight guests. Call me if you'd like to stay there and I'll see if I can get a reservation for you. It's not all that convenient to the class location, though -- 13 miles with some traffic, and don't believe for a microsecond the 17 minutes that MapPoint's web site claims it takes. More like 30 - 45 minutes at the times you'd be going.)

Dates don't work for you, or too many attendees for your travel budget? You can have this class taught in-house at your company. Click here to read about in-house classes, then call for details. It's usually cost-effective if you have 6 or more students.

Location: Class is held at the Microsoft Technology Center in Waltham, MA 02451. Click here for travel information, driving directions, lodging and restaurant info. (WinWord format, 325k)
